Thank you for booking with my ceramic studio.

Each booking reserves dedicated time in my studio. If your plans change, you can cancel or reschedule your booking through your booking confirmation, subject to the policy below.

 

Studio Visit

 

A Studio Visit reserves a private time slot in my studio exclusively for you.

• You can cancel or reschedule your Studio Visit free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), are non-refundable.
• The Studio Visit itself is free. A small reservation fee is required to reserve your private time in the studio. The reservation fee is only in place to prevent no-shows and to ensure that the time reserved for you can be dedicated to your visit.
  
• There is no obligation to purchase anything. If you decide not to make a purchase in the studio, your reservation fee will be fully refunded after your visit.
  
• If I need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  

Private Wheel Throwing Workshop

 

• You can cancel or reschedule your workshop free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled start time.
• For cancellations made within 5 days of the start of the workshop, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you need to change your plans, I will be happy to help you reschedule your workshop to another available date whenever possible.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), are non-refundable. In case of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to find a suitable solution.
• If I need to cancel your workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Annuleringsbeleid

Bedankt voor het boeken bij mijn keramiekstudio.

Elke boeking reserveert speciaal voor jou tijd in mijn studio. Mocht je plannen veranderen, dan kun je je boeking annuleren of verplaatsen via de bevestigingsmail van je boeking, volgens de voorwaarden hieronder.

Studiobezoek

Een Studiobezoek reserveert een privé tijdslot in mijn atelier, speciaal voor jou.

• Je kunt je Studiobezoek kosteloos annuleren of verplaatsen tot 24 uur voor je geplande afspraak.
  
• Annuleringen binnen 24 uur voor de afspraak, of het niet verschijnen zonder bericht (no-show), worden niet terugbetaald.
• De reserveringsvergoeding wordt volledig verrekend met een eventuele aankoop tijdens je bezoek. Er is geen verplichting om iets te kopen. Als je besluit niets aan te schaffen, wordt de reserveringsvergoeding na je Studiobezoek volledig terugbetaald.
• Als ik je afspraak vanwege onvoorziene omstandigheden moet annuleren, ontvang je de reserveringsvergoeding volledig terug of krijg je de mogelijkheid om je bezoek te verzetten. 
  

Private Wheel Throwing Workshop

• Je kunt je workshop kosteloos annuleren of verplaatsen tot 5 dagen voor aanvang van de workshop.
• Bij annuleringen binnen 5 dagen voor de workshop wordt 50% van het workshopbedrag in rekening gebracht. Als je door een onverwachte situatie niet aanwezig kunt zijn, neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met mij op. Ik kijk dan graag samen naar een passende oplossing.
• Bij annuleringen binnen 48 uur voor de workshop, of bij een no-show, vervalt de afspraak en wordt 100% van het workshopbedrag in rekening gebracht.
• Als ik de workshop vanwege onvoorziene omstandigheden moet annuleren, ontvang je het volledige bedrag terug of krijg je de mogelijkheid om de workshop te verplaatsen.
