- What is the delivery time of my order?
We ship twice a week. Usually on Tuesday (packed on Monday) and Friday (packed on Thursday). International orders, outside the EU might take up to 4-5 business days to ship
out.
- What if I'm not home to receive my parcel?
All the carriers such as PostNL, DHL or DPD will try to deliver the parcel at your neighbors or otherwise try to deliver your parcel again the next business day. They will keep you
informed about your parcel through e-mail.
- Can I also collect my products at the studio?
Yes, you can do this by making an appointment. Please inform us that you want to pick up when ordering online, by choosing the option 'afhalen' (= pick up) at checkout. When you receive
your confirmation that your products are ready for you, we will make an appointment through e-mail. So be sure to list your correct e-mail address upon ordering.
- What packaging do you use?
The ordered products will always be wrapped carefully so they will not damage in the mail. As I want to be environmentally conscious I also recycle most of my packaging material such
as boxes, bubble wrap, plastic and (wrapping)paper.
- My product was damaged upon arrival, what is your policy?
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of arrival for a refund to be issued. If a product is damaged in transit,
please report this by e-mail as soon as possible but in any case within 48 hours of receiving the package so that I can submit a claim with the transport company.
Please send photos of the damaged product and its packaging and the dispatch box to info@imrebergmann.nl along
with your report. Keep the product and the dispatch box including the packaging material, as the carrier may ask for additional
photos. Unfortunately damages outside the 48 hours limit can not be refunded as the insurance claims with the carrier is time
sensitive. So report the damage in time!
- The product I ordered is somewhat different from the picture on the website
There will always be clear pictures of the products on the website. But these are just for reference and it is possible that there are (minor) differences with the product that you are
buying, either in shape, size or colour. This is because you are purchasing a hand made product which is unique and one of a kind. These individual traits are part of the handcrafted
process and make the item distinct and not mass-produced.
- The product that I want to order is out of stock
Because all items in this webshop are handmade, and the ceramic process is a slow production process, it might be the case that an item is out of stock. If you would like to know when a
product will be available again, please send us an e-mail: info@imrebergmann.nl.
